Money Saving Tricks When Planning for a Spanish Vacation

Spain

From booking flights to fine dining and much more, when travelling for an International trip, all we need is an advice on finding tour packages with lower cost. Right? So, before you book your trip to Spain, check out these money-saving tricks to get the most out of your trip without missing any of the destinations. Take a look-

Eat Big Meal at Low Cost

The Spanish eat their biggest meal of the day during lunch. Therefore, most of the restaurants offer a ‘menu of the day’ from Monday to Friday starting from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. For all the tourists, it is a good treat which is served at lower rates. Check out the menu right outside the restaurant and if found interesting, take an entry.

Have Tapas

Tapas is a Spanish cuisine which is small in size but full of flavour. There is a large variety of Tapas across Spain and one can combine them to make a whole meal to cure hunger.

Take a Bus rather than Train

Travelling by bus can be a cheap and convenient way to travel in Spain. If you want to travel by train, then get cheap tickets by booking online.

Buy Food at Supermarkets

Buying food from supermarkets can be the best option when in Spain. Supermarkets offer food at a reasonable cost or can say less than a euro. Supermarkets are open on Sundays as well.

Ask Your Hotel Desk for a Map of Spain

This is no need to purchase a map at a bookstore rather ask for one at your hotel desk. One can get a map which identifies monuments and important buildings free of cost.

Try Tap Water Instead of Bottled Water

In Spain, people drink bottled water only for its taste because in some of the cities it is believed that tap water is tasteless. However, drinking tap water in Spain is safe as it comes from the neighbouring mountains.
