- When you activate Ajura’s roaming service you receive calls in two ways. In the first scenario, when you are connected to Wi-Fi/data you receive calls on the app. In the second case, when you don’t have access to Wi-Fi/data, you receive calls on the SIM card of the visiting country. In case you receive a call on the SIM card number of the visiting country, you can receive the same. Ajura does not prevent your handset from receiving any calls whether international or local.

- Free Call: An Ajura user can make a free call (call free of charge) to another Ajura user if both of them are online.

- GSM Callback: This process can be applied if the Ajura user has a slow internet connection. In this process, when the caller dials any number, he will receive a call from the server which will connect his call to the recepient.

- For e.g. John Chan a resident of Singapore, downloads and activates roaming on Ajura while in Singapore itself. He takes a flight to USA, buys a prepaid SIM card of USA and adds this number in Ajura, as well.
- When Mr. Chan makes a call using the GSM Callout option from USA to Singapore, he will pay USD 0.08 (for making a call using GSM Callout) + local GSM call charge.

- Ajura Global Number is a facility by which you can own a phone number of any country while residing in your native country. The owner of the Ajura Global Number can receive incoming of that number on his preferred mobile/landline number. By owning an Ajura Global number, you can give your off-shore clients the facility to contact you by paying only local call charges.
- For example: Mr. A residing in Canada takes the local number of Malaysia where his mother resides. After taking the number of Malaysia, Mr. A will ask his mother to call on this number. What is the Fair Usage Policy?
- All our ‘Calling Packages’ are subject to the Fair usage policy as described below. The packages have been designed for individual use and where users use the same to call their friends and family. Usage restrictions like number of unique phone numbers that can be called may be mentioned along with the package details. Even if they are not mentioned, the maximum unique numbers that a package user can call in the billing period will be limited to 20 phone numbers. This is done to ensure that usage is limited to personal reasons and not used for any commercial/tele-calling/services calling operations, where calling facility is given to multiple people by one package user. Outcall packages are only meant for individual usage and are not for use in commercial or semi – commercial purposes. All users who purchase the outcall packages are found by a fair usage policy guidelines, which can be revised from time to time.

The Ajura app in my device has suddenly stopped working. The registration/sign up process had gone well and the app was working fine till some time back. What is the problem?
- Please check whether you have verified your email id. If the email id (which you gave at the time of registration/signing up) is invalid, not working or you typed wrong, in such a case we are unable to verify the email. Hence, the services are discontinued. Kindly update your valid email id in the profile section of Ajura app. Once the email verification process is complete, Ajura services in your device will be resumed. Family Sharing feature in Ajura allows you to share your Ajura credit and Outcall Packages with your family members who are also Ajura users. For example, you have $50 as credit in your Ajura wallet, then you, as a Parent, can use the family sharing feature to authorize another Ajura user, who maybe a family member, a friend or a known, to use your credit for calling and other activities.

No, you cannot control the amount of credits/outcall package minutes shared via Family Sharing in Ajura. The person whom you have shared you credit/outcall package minutes with can use all or less credits/minutes as per their requirement. Ajura does not take any responsibility for the amount of credit/minutes spent via Family Sharing.

How does Family Sharing works in Ajura?
Family Sharing in Ajura works in a parent-child hierarchy. A Parent can add a Child to authorize him to use his Ajura credits/outcall package minutes. Members of the Family Sharing Hierarchy can add new members who are also Ajura users. For example, User A adds a family member, User B, who further adds a family member, User C, and so on. The credit/minutes of the Parent will be deducted whenever a Child makes an activity on Ajura App.

- To change the phone number, you can always uninstall and reinstall the app to register with the new number. However, this will be counted as a new Ajura account.

- If you are using Android phone then you can just clear data and register with other number. For iOS you need to re-install the app.
